Not at all. The focus is on working with what you already own first. Any shopping recommendations are optional and always aligned with your budget, style, and needs.

Booking & Policies FAQs
How does the booking process work?
Once you book a service through the website, you'll receive a confirmation email with next steps. A team member will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule the virtual consultation and appointment.
Do you offer refunds?
Because Closetize-me provides personalized services, all sales are final once the service has been delivered. If you experience an issue with your booking, please reach out, and we'll do our best to help.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, requests made with less than a 24-hour notice will not be accommodated.
Do you provide shopping links or recommendations?
Yes, when applicable. Recommendations may include shoppable links to third-party retailers. Closetize-me is not responsible for third-party purchases.
